HALLMARK SECURITY MANAGEMENT PTE LTD is a private limited company with two Directors and is an established Security company Which was set-up about three years ago. The Directors have more than 40 years of experiences, including setting up and running two other Security Companies, putting the company in good stead to deliver professional and high quality service to clients. All aspects of the finance, administration, human resource and operations are directly overseen by the shareholders.

We are certified and accredited member of the Association of Certified Security Agencies (ACSA) and endorsed by the Licensing Division of the Singapore Police Force. Both Directors hold the Diploma in Security Management Course to ensure that they arc current with latest developments in the commercial security industry as well as to be conversant with all aspects of security provision to ensure professionalism and service excellence for the client.

MANAGEMENT APPROACH:
We are extremely proud of our well qualified professional management structure and are confident that our trained and competent security professionals will provide solutions to all your security needs.

The managers monitor and evaluate security personnel on a regular basis through site visits. Random inspections and management audits and maintain daily contact with our clients. During the transitional period, our Operation Manager, assisted by Operation Executive will he stationed in your premises to help (he Security Supervisor and Security Officer for a smooth start-up.

We will carry out security risk assessment of premises and work closely with the client to understand their needs to tailor our processes to ensure a holistic coverage in accordance with client expectations.
Our service delivery will promote daily business continuity for the client and their staff. easy accessibility for their staff,preferred visitors and business partners and keep out undesirable influences.

Specialised and Other Services:
Our company’s primary business is the provision of security guard services. Other services that we provide include security escort and security services at ad hoc events. We also provide security consultancy and are able to provide specialised services such as Security Audit Survey, Risk Assessment and Analyses. Security Control Measures and implementation and Management of Security Operations.

Code of Ethics:
We provide high quality security services with minimal or no errors for maximum client satisfaction. We ensure that our Security Officers arc always treated fairly and compensated in a timely. correct and proper manner. We comply fully with the regulatory authorities and laws. rules and regulations governing security vendors. We are also committed to management participation in running of our assignments to ensure a high level of service excellence to our clients, complemented with regular-dialogue and approval from client.

Recruitment and Selection Process:
We believe that our employees are our greatest asset for our success and that is why our selection process is rigorous and demanding. We look for the best people in the industry who are qualified and experienced. All our security personnel have to undergo WSQ training before they are deployed for security duties.

Security Force:
The security personnel to be deployed will he interviewed and thoroughly screened through our access to Security Services Gateway (SSG) with the Ministry of Home Affairs before they are hired. HALLMARK SECURITY MANAGEMENT PTE LTD will also ensure that there is adequate guard relief to replace any absentees and to replace personnel who have resigned .

Development, Training and Employee Retention :
We believe that proper training and coaching would increase the performance of the security officers and we are therefore committed to providing specific training. Our in-house training consists of:
